KALO MINA JAN - NEW YEAR, NEW MONTH

In Greece, at the beginning of each month, on the 1st, you say "Kalo Mina," which means "good month" or "Happy Good Month." That's what I am planning on doing this year! I will have one or two goals for each month, which will hopefully transpire into a habit (3 weeks to change a habit!), so each goal will become a habit. Follow along with me on my "Kalo Mina" quest, as each month, we will concentrate on something different! This month, it is reset month. Let's get your main meridians to start moving in the right direction!
