I created this mist as a perfect addition to the Deep Sleep Rollerball — designed to complete your nightly wind-down ritual. Lightly mist it around your space to help ease your body and mind into a restful state. When patients come into the clinic with sleep challenges or insomnia, I always encourage them to start with the basics: before sleep, turn off all lights, close the blinds, and create as much darkness as possible. Reduce noise to almost zero—even if that means using earplugs. A calm, quiet, and dark environment is the foundation for deep, restorative sleep.
