HOW TO USE

Perfect as the final step of your bedtime routine, apply the balm with your fingers (approx grape-size amount) onto the soles of each foot, and/ or around the belly button, massaging the salts into the skin. If applied onto feet and you are walking around the house please wear socks after application, which can be removed before getting into bed if you prefer.
